Atelier Property Granted Management of Marino Student Accommodation

Atelier Property have been granted management of the 300-bed student residence at Marino Institute of Education (MIE), which it will manage under Ateliers ‘Ziggurat Student Living’ brand. This student residence is perfectly located within a gated complex, in the beautiful, leafy surrounds of the Marino College campus. Accommodation blocks consist of modern, furnished 3,4 and 5 bedroom apartments. All bedrooms are complete with individual en-suite and shower facilities.

Marino Institute of Education is an associated college of Trinity College Dublin. Ziggurat Student Living at Marino is located just 15 minutes from Trinity and Dublin City Centre. In addition to MIE and Trinity, it serves all major colleges and universities in Dublin including – Dublin City University (DCU), Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), St. Patrick’s College, University College Dublin (UCD), Dublin Business School (DBU) and Royal College of Surgeons (RCSI).

Atelier Property is an independent property development and operating manager. The company currently manages and operates buildings in Ireland (Dublin and Cork) and in the UK (Edinburgh and Reading). The company specialises in safe, professionally-managed, high-end accommodation, conveniently located close to college campuses. In each location, there is a property manager on site with reception facilities and added extras provided as standard.

Over the next 4 years, the Ziggurat/Atelier partnership will launch 4,000 student beds across Ireland. Immediate plans include an additional Cork building located at Western Road for 190 beds, to open in September 2018 and 3 further sites in Dublin; a site at North Circular Road for 420 beds and 2 sites on Dominick Street Upper, totalling 324 beds, to launch in June 2018. Further details of a Galway site will be revealed in the coming weeks.
